  • Reload the game
  • Try different internet connections (Switch between WiFi and mobile network)
  • Launch the game from a different browser
  • Launch the game from a different device
  • Clear the cache and browsing history from your preferred browser (instructions here)
  • Contact customer service if the game still doesn’t work. Also, include as much information as possible, such as:
    • The game’s name
    • The time when the error occurred
    • The round’s ID number (found in your game history)
    • A description of the error
