Once your chosen time limit has been reached, you will be automatically logged out of your gaming account. You will not be able to access your account or the funds in it until the remaining time has expired.
Depending on which limit you have reached, the time limit resets as follows:
Day: After 23:59:59
Week: After 23:59:59 on Sunday
Month: After 23:59:59 on the last day of the month
If you wish to increase your time limit, you can do so once the current limit has reset and you are able to log in again. You can increase the time limit by clicking on Gaming limits in the top right corner.
Please note: Customer service can help you lower your time limit, but they cannot increase or remove it for you.
